Does Fluke provide software or an Excel sheet, used to calculate the ITS-90 coefficients based on temperature and resistance measurements, or do you know where to find it? I need the coefficients to adjust 1523 temperature probes etc.

Hello, Tableware V3 has 2 problems.
One is a math error. It adds a 1 to the RTPW in the coefficients and subtracts that 1 from the resistance at TPW in the resistance tables for 25 Ohm probes. For 100 Ohm probe it adds a 5 to RTPW in the coefficients.
Two is the ratio table prints out with the title of "ITS-90 Temperature vs. Resistance Table".

I cannot give this to my customer or use it for my own SPRT and PRT calibrations.
