Monitor ticket status and history of support requests

Fluke Calibration Technical Support has implemented a new support request tracking system.  Any request filed via our new system can be monitored through this Help Center by accessing the My Activities link located in the navigation bar, or by visiting this URL: http://support.flukecal.com/hc/requests

    I am using the fluke Daq 6.0 software with the 2638A and i keep getting the error "module 10 has timed out". i have shut the 2638A off, closed the Daq software and i cannot clear the error. even when i try and verify the 2638A i get the same error.

    need help now!!!!!!

    Hi Steve, for support assistance, please click the "Submit a request" link at the top right of your screen and complete the form to create a support ticket. You can also call Fluke Calibration Customer Care Center at 877-355-FCAL (3225).

    Is there a way to track a RMA on this site?

    Hi Ed - Tickets on this site are not automatically updated with RMA status. If you already have the RMA number it's best to reply to the email that it came from to check status. If not, click the "Submit a request" link at the top right of your screen and complete the form to create a support ticket. You can also call Fluke Calibration Customer Care Center at 877-355-FCAL (3225). I see that you are corresponding with Kathy with our Service Team about this.
