Barcode Printing

Does anyone use P-touch printer to print barcodes...looking for help in configuring the software to print crystal report for barcode. Currently getting very small rendering of barcode on sticker. What do you use for B-code font? How do you setup to automatically select the P-touch vice default printer? Thanks

Hello,

Open the barcode in crystal reports and under FILE click PAGE SETUP.  This is how you can select the default printer and the sizing for the barcode.  I'm using the BARCODE 39 FONT by right clicking on the item you want to barcode and it's FONT size is 36.  When you go to print the barcode through METCAL you might also need to setup the properties when the print screen comes up by selecting PRINTING PREFERENCES and make sure the FORMAT of width, length and feed are set.  I'm using 1/2' tape / 2.00" length / 0.08 feed.  I saved these properties in the LABEL FORMAT DEFINITIONS of the print screen.

I have been able to get the barcode to render and print in IE, using a virtual windows environment on my mac, however, I am unable to print using Safari, Chrome or Firefox using a browser in my Mac only environment...any suggestions?

I'm struggling to print a calibration label with my P-touch printer. I have done it with Crystal Reports, but it prints a lot of blank labels. It must be finger trouble from my side.

Can you please offer any advise on how to build the label with crystal and then how to go about printing it from MetTeam?

I guess these seems to be with several issues when using several browser, I can't have them fix,, any idea how this become unusable using Chrome and Firefox. With this issue occurred, I ended up getting service from other source.. I let this site http://www.digitekprinting.com/, works with my needs. Hopefully this can be fix, even though this post is outdated, I wish someone will get to my concern.
