How can I connect the 5520A with 3-point Digital Resistance Tester?
I have problems when i try to calibrate one 3-point Digital Resistance Tester, such as EXTECH 382152, because the resistance tester has 3 points to connect (E, P and C), and 5520A has 2 point in the terminals Normal Hi and Normal Lo.
I have connected the Extech with only one single resistence, but I connect the terminal "P" to "C" and the terminal "C" to one side of the resistance, and the terminal "E" in the another side of the resistance, so when I measure the resistance I got 9.84 Ohms, but in the 5520A 17.35 Ohms.
By the other side when I measure the single resistance with my 8508A it measure 10.07 Ohms and when I measure the resistance in my 5520A with the 8508A it measure 10.04 Ohms.
So my 5520A and 8508A are OK and they are calibrated recently and the single resistance is OK too. I thing that I have to configure something in my 5520A in order to connect the Extech.
My question is, what is the propper conexion/configuration in both instruments (5520A and Extech 382152)?
