Upgraded to version 8.3 - where is Crystal Reports app ?

I'm upgrading (replacing my 3-year old win 7 O/S computer with new Win 10 one and decided to also upgrade to Metbase 8.3 from 7.3.

Mostly went OK - Met/Track and Met/Cal come up OK and the internal reports run with a report header that says "SAP Crystal Reports" so it looks like a runtime version was installed. I looked for the full CR app but haven't found it (yet). If I have to design / edit a report - where / what would I do? My version 7.3 included a full version of Crystal Reports 10.0.0.533.

Do I need to go back and checkfor aseparate CR install?

It could be another link. When I tryed this one to Crtstal Reports 2013, there's a note there that says:

This is to be used for Met/Team and not Met/Base.

Oh, I didn't notice that. Might be worth an email to softwaresupport@flukecal.com but share the feedback here if you do ask them, because I was about to install the one I linked you, but I have MET/BASE still, as well.

I checked with Fluke's Software Support group and they said the proper version of Crystal Reports is Crystal Reports 2008 SP3, which can be downloaded from the Gold site.
